finding peak performance

Vertex performance was born from a dream and a passion. While in undergrad pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science Holli knew she wanted to one day have her own physical therapy clinic. Fast forward 10 years and she started creating her own brand for both physical therapy and endurance coaching. To achieve something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done. This most likely means you need to inherently change the path of your training to achieve the performance (or injury free lifestyle) you desire - much like the vertex of a triangle. Once making the fundamental changes to increase consistency and durability we’ll build a program for you to reach your peak potential - and we’ll keep pushing that peak potential higher and higher - striving for the apex (or Vertex)!
